We Are All About The Beef

We specialize in Holstein and crossbred cattle which we believe offers a naturally lean, yet well-marbled end product. They are raised on a diet of corn and hay grown right on our farm. The beef is then Dry Aged for 14-21 days at a USDA certified processor. This process results in a more unique taste and more tender cut of meat.
